Email us at email@example.com describing your issue. To expedite the process you can include photos of the problem if applicable. We will get back to you, usually within 24 hours or sooner.
Yes, we do returns even though our products are custom made. We guarantee the quality of our items however, to qualify for a return you must meet the following:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- It must be unworn and unwashed
- You have to return it within 30 days to get a refund
Before sending your item to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title [RETURNS] or if you want [UNHAPPY ☹️]. We assure you customer service is our highest priority and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
